SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a full-time contract Reliability Engineer to join our client's team in Minneapolis, MN. This person will play a pivotal role in enhancing the reliability, performance and safety of manufacturing equipment and systems. This position involves developing maintenance programs, conducting failure analysis and collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. This is a HYBRID position, but the candidate must be located locally. 12month plus contract length.

MUST HAVES:

  • 5-9 years of Reliability/GMP Manufacturing Engineering experience
  • Pharmaceutical Industry Experience; strong understanding of pharmaceutical equipment such as utilities and water systems
  • Drug substance manufacturing experience
  • Maintenance Assessments focused responsibilities
  • Familiar with SAP-PPM - plus
  • Process Engineering experience - plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

  • Create maintenance plans and assessments.
  • Analyze corrective work orders and quality event metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  • Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) for troubleshooting and reliability enhancements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability.
