SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a full-time permanent Manager of Engineering and Equipment Calibration to join our client's team in the Springfield, Illinois area.

MUST HAVES TO SUCCEED:

• Sterile Injectable experience
• 10+ years experience
• Electrical, industrial, mechanical engineering background
• Equipment experience: washer, wire filler, autoclave, manufacturing equipment, calibrations, leveling
• Exposure to blue mountain
• Understanding FDA audits and how to write reports, calibration records
• Manager oversight experience: will be overseeing 3-4 calibration techs, 6-7 mechanics, and 1 PE
