SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a full-time permanent Automation Engineer to join our client's team onsite near Springfield, Il. The Automation Engineer routinely maintains, troubleshoots, and develops application solutions for automated electromechanical systems and software. *This is a full time permanent position and will provide relocation assistance.

MUST HAVES:

• Pharmaceutical/Medical Device experience with sterile injectables required
• Hands on troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment in sterile injectables
• Looking at software bugs and fixing them
• 21 CFR part 11
• Upgrading the systems and working on SCADAs
• Allen Bradley, RxLogic

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

• Experience in a senior level position with planning, scheduling, and organizing project activities.
• Performs corrective maintenance on facility and production equipment including, but is not limited to PLCs, vision systems, SCADA system development, automated packaging equipment, and high purity utility systems.
• Familiarity and ability to use software systems for Work Orders and Calibration. Ability to identify the appropriate materials and parts to maintain and repair equipment and order the parts using automated methods.
