SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a contract SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant.


The client we are working with has several critical change and projects they want to complete this year and need technical support to get these changes implemented. They are looking for someone with maintenance implementation experience in SAP. SAP-PM and Calibration migration from ROM to SAP are ongoing projects.

This project will be a full time contract role (40 hours per week). C2C accepted.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

  • Build maintenance task lists in SAP
  • Develop maintenance plans, strategies, and items
  • Work with planning and maintenance supervisor to develop maintenance schedules.
  • Write training and other technical documents
  • Support the calibration migration from RAM to SAP

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

  • Strong understanding and experience with SAP-PM (Plant Maintenance and Calibration)
  • Experience in developing preventative/predictive maintenance including equipment masters, plans, task Lists, strategies
  • Able to develop training and documentation for SAP-PM
  • Experience working in a pharm (FDA) manufacturing environment
  • Familiar with maintenance procedures and equipment. Able to work with OEM and technicians to develop tasks
  • Experience in building BOMs for PMs and maintenance projects
  • Experience working in excel/PowerBI or similar database to manipulate data and build reports
  • Working knowledge of calibration processes
