SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a full-time, long term, contract Clinical Quality Compliance to join our client's pharmaceutical team in Cambridge, Mass. The right candidate will lead the clinical trial delivery system inspection readiness program, including the development and implementation of a strategic plan. *This is a hybrid position; 2 days onsite, 3 remote.

MUST HAVES:

  • BA/BS degree required; Advanced Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related health care industry
  • Minimum 7 years of GCP-related Quality Assurance experience
  • Advanced knowledge in the conduct and reporting of audits and the translation of findings into corrective actions plans

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee quality systems for clinical trial delivery
  • Implement monitoring and control systems to maintain quality standards.
  • Conduct investigations and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  • Support operational activities and capability building within the GCP Compliance function.
  • Lead development and implementation of the GCP supplier audit and compliance strategy for clinical development program.
