SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a contract CMM Programmer to work on-site in Northeast Massachusetts. Our client is an evolving manufacturing company that is in need of a contractor to come in and help their team. The CMM Programmer will be responsible for operating machinery and work collaboratively across teams such as QC Inspectors, Engineering, and other functional stakeholders. The perfect fit would come in and be a self-starter who doesn't need to be managed heavily

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

On a daily basis, this person will work with quality inspectors to run machines, reviewing the drawings from the customers from other engineering teams and understand what needs to be done, and from there, program the machine to that criteria and make sure its running properly. This person will be a one-man team who should feel comfortable navigating challenges and issues that come up. They will be working with the actual machine and software.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Experienced CMM Programmer

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with machinists, operators, and quality inspectors to uphold product quality and resolve challenges efficiently.

• Process Documentation- Maintain accurate records of inspections

Nice to have:

• Zeiss CMMs with Calypso (software) it will be on the machines that the client uses.

• Medical Device experience
