SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a full-time, permanent Senior Director of Manufacturing Quality to join our client's Medical Device manufacturing team. This role oversees supplier quality and manufacturing, nationally and internationally.

*This is an onsite position with potential location options in the northeast or west coast; to be discussed during screening.

Qualifications:

• Director or VP level experience at a large medical device company
• Career long engineering experience in medical device industry
• Experience having 100+ people reporting up to them
• Degree in Engineering
• Experience managing manufacturing operational excellence
• Motivational and innovative personality

Responsibilities:

• Management of multiple sites, locally and globally
• Work directly with suppliers
• Manage manufacturing operational excellence
• Process review and remediation
• Create new processes and procedures for the growth and excellence of the manufacturing process
