Head of Marketing
SRG are working with a successful and growing pharmaceutical organisation to help them find a new Head of Marketing.
This is a key role within the business and a chance to make a significant contribution to the ambitious growth plans of the business.

The Role:
- Leading and directing the marketing function, including digital, marketing, advertising, communications and creative teams.
- Managing the development, implementation and effectiveness measurement of marketing
- Being responsible for the company's marketing initiatives and projects, overseeing the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
- Develop the marketing function capabilities in respect to resources and personnel to support the onboarding of in-house capabilities and reduce reliance on third parties.
- Leading marketing activities that directly contribute to sales lead generation. This will include internal and external marketing support activities.
- Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing related projects in collaboration with the CEO and COO
- Managing marketing activities that directly contribute to sales lead generation
- Overall responsibility for creative development of promotional materials, online content and all other marketing projects
- Lead all marketing projects
- Analyse results and return from marketing projects and use this data to devise future projects and marketing plans
- Manage press campaigns
- Oversee internal company communications and updates
- Help bolster the company's vision across internal and external communications
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level in marketing, business, or relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience within the life science or pharmaceutical industry
- Prior experience as a Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing
- Strong IT skills
- Knowledge of marketing tools and strategies
- Skilled in online marketing and social media strategy
- Proven experience in a similar role developing successful marketing campaigns
- Ability to manage projects and use initiative
- Adaptable and flexible team player
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
