Job Description

SRG are looking for a marketing contractor to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Maidenhead. As part of the role, you would be responsible for developing and driving commercially viable strategies for the brand collaboration with the wider brand team. You be in control of managing content creating and content approval, making sure that all tasks are completed within plan and time restraints.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To continually engage with and gain insights on customer opinion and behaviours regarding the England tender, alongside the wider brand team, to generate advocacy and drive change for future tenders
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders both within the affiliate and our global teams

• To manage agency relationships to ensure projects are delivered to a clear brief and are on time/budget
• To deliver planned A&P requirements within given budget
• To ensure alignment across the brand and sales team on the key strategies
• To ensure brand proposition is clearly communicated
• Drive a high standard of compliance with all communications and initiatives

Experience and Qualifications

• Ability to co-ordinate and deliver strong brand planning
• Translate strategy into tactical plans and then deliver on these
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and achieve results within a brand team
• Implementing vision and direction
• Strong communication of ideas and concepts to ensure 'selling' to brand
• Ability to monitor results and develop contingencies
• Strong commercial acumen
• Flexibility and listening skills
