Position - Aseptic Production Operator

Location - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Role type - Permanent

Working hours - Mon-Fri, 8 am to 5 pm (moving to additional shift patterns)

SRG are working with a leading organization in the pharmaceutical sector focused on advancing innovative solutions for health care and sustainability. And they are seeking an Aseptic Production Operator to join their growing team.

Main Purpose:

To operate the machines and related activities within the aseptic process which will include, but not be limited to formulation, filling, washing and sterilization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operation of all equipment in the aseptic production department.
• Support the process for trials to facilitate technology transfer, process description, and new material introduction.
• Adhere to the strict batch record procedure as required during manufacturing process. Report any non-conformance or performance issues with equipment.
• Routine washing, sterilization, formulation, filling and cleaning activities, which includes shift and Batch documentation.
• Coordination with professional cleaners for area cleaning activities as per the schedule.

Required skills

• Experience in machine operation for fill-finish pharmaceutical products (ie - cartridges, syringes, ready-to-use products)
• Background of working in an aseptic environment (clean room, class B/C)
• Efficient and approachable, taking great pride in your quality of work
• Detail-orientated and solutions-focused
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly accurate and demanding environment

Desired skills:

Experience in Commissioning & Qualification

Educational qualifications:

Diploma of Pharmacy/ Engineering or equivalent
